Sean Alan does not print, pack, ship, or deliver physical products directly. Physical orders are produced and fulfilled by our print partner.

Books are printed on demand and shipped by Lulu.com. Fulfillment and shipping services are subject to Lulu’s terms and conditions.

  • Production + shipping: Because each copy is made to order, delivery times vary by destination.
  • Shipping rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the number of books ordered.
  • Tracking: If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.
  • International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or local taxes charged by the destination country.
  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, replacement/reshipment may require an additional charge.

If your book arrives damaged or defective (printing/binding issues):

  • We’ll help you get it resolved as quickly as possible.
  • In most cases, the solution is a replacement copy, not a return.
  • Email sean@seanalan.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Your name and email
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos of the damage/defect

Photography products are delivered via digital download only—no physical shipment is involved, and no shipping fees apply.
