Books are printed on demand and shipped by Lulu.com. Fulfillment and shipping services are subject to Lulu’s terms and conditions.
- Production + shipping: Because each copy is made to order, delivery times vary by destination.
- Shipping rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the number of books ordered.
- Tracking: If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.
- International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or local taxes charged by the destination country.
- Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, replacement/reshipment may require an additional charge.
If your book arrives damaged or defective (printing/binding issues):
- We’ll help you get it resolved as quickly as possible.
- In most cases, the solution is a replacement copy, not a return.

- Your name and email
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damage/defect
