First and foremost: we want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are either print-on-demand or instant digital delivery, returns work a little differently than they do with big retailers. Here’s what to expect.
Tucson to Tuscany — Paperback
This paperback is printed and shipped through Lulu’s print-on-demand service. That means each copy is made to order, and returns are generally not accepted unless there’s a printing issue or the book arrives damaged.
If your book arrives damaged or defective (printing/binding issues):
- We’ll help you get it resolved as quickly as possible.
- In most cases, the solution is a replacement copy, not a return or refund.
- Email sean@seanalan.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name and email
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damage/defect
A quick note about content:
Every effort has been made to ensure the book is accurate and polished. If you spot a typo or small factual error, I would truly appreciate a heads-up—but those kinds of issues don’t qualify for refunds or returns.
Because printing and fulfillment are handled by Lulu, this product is also subject to Lulu’s terms and conditions.
Photography Images Delivered by Digital Download
Digital downloads are delivered immediately, so all digital sales are final.
That said, if something goes wrong—like:
- the wrong file is delivered,
- a download link doesn’t work,
- the file is corrupted or unusable,

- Your Shopify order number
- Your first and last name
- Your email
- Your phone number
We’ll make it right by re-sending the correct file or providing a working version.
Print quality note:
All images are created at 240 ppi or higher, but dimensions vary by photo. That means not every file is ideal for very large prints. Recommended maximum sizes for best quality are listed in each product description.
Licensing (Personal Use vs. Commercial Use)
These downloads are meant to be enjoyed—print them, frame them, and decorate your home.
✅ Personal use is allowed, including:
- Printing as many copies as you’d like for yourself
- Printing on different materials (paper, canvas, etc.)
- Giving a printed copy as a personal gift
❌ Commercial use is not allowed, including:
- Advertising or promotional use in any medium
- Use on business websites or social media for marketing
- Display in commercial or public spaces (hotels, restaurants, offices, lobbies, etc.)
- Reselling, redistributing, or uploading files to any third-party site
